The Iraqi War is ending-up just like many of us said it would.  We were lied-to from it's inception, and so many people ate it up.  Wish we had old posts where we were called commies, reds, socialists, and cowards.  Tsiz, how can you still be fooled?  When are you going to admit you are flat wrong?  None of the facts support your position...NONE!  Will you ever come to the realization that you are still believing the lies given to us by a paid political dirty-trick jerk (Rove), a demented politics-at-any cost VP (Cheney), a out of touch, over his head, moron (W), and a political party who would spend the lives and bodies of thousands to remain in power. (Repubs)?  We are seeing this played-out yet today...propaganda to keep the gullible, mis-guided, and uneducated calling for the the end of their own self interests to futrther the cause of these me first, country be damned, neo royalty.  Get some tea bags and hang them from your hat.  Dismiss healthcare, business reforms, education, infrastructure, and equality, for the betterment of big business business and greed.  Blame Obama for immigration issues, not being an American, ruining the economy, being a socialist, and responsible for Afghanistan.  Complain about nothing being done, but cheer as your party throws a monkey wrench into any attempts to do anything meaningful.  As long as they keep enough people believing their platform, the longer we'll be looking for a way out of our current situation.  Maybe Palin will replace Steele as the RNC head and everything will be just great... laughinghard

That about sums it up.

 this was just on yahoo....

Nice little show of force (towards both No. Korea...and China) by the Obama Admin.

The Subs were retrofitted with Tomahawks (vs. nuclear Tridents) at only a 4 Billion cost. They also/since now have capabilities to have more people on board (read Navy Seals). The Tomahawks are nice little weapons, with accurate, medium-range capabilities, the Subs run undetected.

The US have now have 3 Subs near or docked in So. Korea...our answer to the North's torpedoing the South's Navel ship.

Smart move.

Ok, that wasn't so bad...5.7 quake.

No, I won't apologize for something I feel such passion for.

20 somethings coming home in body bags is something I feel passionate about. So you may have to excuse me if I go 'off' on you or anyone else. I'm sick of it...there are times of physically feeling like I'm going to throw-up-but that means nothing to what families are going through.

Sit in your comfy home and type about how bad war is...while chomping on a Domino's pizza and enjoying a ballgame. (I'm not saying that's you) But that's an attitude I'm sick of in folks.

It's not TSizzle either.  He's entitled to his opinion.  He's not one of the backward, knuckle draggers or the old, pseudo-intellectual members of the Glenn Beck fan club pissed off that the world wants paid to protect his house and family.  He's an extremely intelligent young man attending an Ivy League school.

It's not TSizzle either.  He's entitled to his opinion.  He's not one of the backward, knuckle draggers or the old, pseudo-intellectual members of the Glenn Beck fan club pissed off that the world wants paid to protect his house and family.  He's an extremely intelligent young man attending an Ivy League school.

Everyone is entitled to thier thinking.

I know 'T-Siz' is smart, that is cool while posting here. He has my respect for sure.

I know he respects others as well.

I realize at times I get passionate and yes sometimes personal (I'm trying to keep the personal stuff down, but it's hard sometimes).


It is an 'Open Talk Forum', but not an open talk insulting time.

If I offended someone?---well they can get over it or not...I'm Me, always have been.

 I can apologize when I screw-up...but I don't apologize for what I believe.

My politics differ with many folk's thoughts and beliefs.

I'm a Conservative that has compassion and believes in being fair.

I have no Political affiliations, but I tend to lean towards logic, and what is correct for Our Country (in my opinion, of course).

I hope all posters here remember a simple paragraph that I often quote (and steal) from Jefferson. The Preamble to the Constitution states OUR goals and what we need to think-about as such-

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. ”

So elegant, eloquent and so simple.

I'm sure he is intelligent.

It's not like I posted that he was "dumb as a stone" or any-such none sense...that would be a quote from your buddy Mr. Fresh. (fresh as in thinking, or fresh as in what Grand-ma would call 'fresh' is a big difference)
